"Shufflin' All Over The World"
For the first time in the history of the ISA, the Team World Cup will take place under a motto. The Organizing Committee has chosen the slogan "Shufflin' All Over The World" which should help to produce the desired effect of attracting public awareness in plain words. Asia, Australia, Europe, as well as North and South America, all four continents will be represented at the World Cup in Germany and they all demonstrate the international dimension of the event.
It is Germany's first time to host this major tournament and there is a good chance for more world premieres: Up to now, the European countries are somewhat underrepresented in Shuffleboard, but with the planned participation of England, Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Slovenia and, from Asia, South Korea, this will definitely change next year. Moreover, their participation will help Shuffleboard to grow in the respective countries.
To choose a motto stands in good tradition of the FIFA Soccer Championships 2006 in Germany. The slogan "A Time To Make Friends" gained a lot of recognition and has become an inherent part of that event.
The organizers hope to reach the same impression for the 28th ISA Team World Cup in Germany 2010. The words "Shufflin' All Over The World" are designed to gain attention for the game of Shuffleboard prior, during and after the World Tournament.

Starting today each applicant for the 28th Team World Championship in Germany 2010 can check the details for the event. Some background information is provided and the package itself is ready for download under menu "World Cup 2010 Germany - Documents".

Setup of the Team World Cup Internet pages has started
The Organization Committee of the 28th International Tournament has started to set up the Internet pages for this event. From now on each page will be filled with with content and relevant information will be provided.
The "Information" page will contain fresh news especially relevant for the Team World Cup in Germany.
