Starting in 2006 the German Nationals have been played. It is good habit that the players from different states of Germany arrive already on Friday to meet old freinds, make new ones and get comfortable with the courts.
Saturday and Sunday are scheduled for match days, 4 pm on Sunday Germany should have a new National Champion. In contrast to other countries, Germany uses the "all-in-one" method. Everyone plays together, no different sections betweeen men and women. That, according to the officials, makes it even more interesting to compete with each other.
The still reigning Champion, Birgitt Hussmann, tries to defend her title, but faces strong resistance as the latest performances during the ISA tournament has demonstrated.
Anyhow all German members are asked to complete the registration form which will be sent out with electronic mail.
